Tonight was my second time at Panarottis in Queenswood and I want to applaud them for their excellent service. Jacob the manager is always smiling and ready to assist so patient and kind and checking in to see if all is well. Thank you Jacob. And Farer our waiter very excellent service also. He even remembered our order from a month back what we ordered. Really a good team and happy to go back again. Keep up the excellent service. I had a bad experience here and wrote a bad review. The manager phoned me almost immediately, apologizing. The situation was rectified and I am very impressed with Jacob's management and demeanor.
